- Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment
3. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
International: Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping coming soon.
Discrete Packaging: All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. Your secret is safe with us. 🤫
4. Returns & Exchanges
Bikinis & Lingerie: For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms, lingerie, and underwear are final sale unless defective. Bikini tops and bras may be exchanged within 14 days if unworn with tags attached.
Makeup: Unopened makeup products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective item for a full refund or replacement.
